Our previously diversified portfolio has been re-aligned to focus on the industrial sector. Recent acquisitions have all been industrial or distribution properties, both modern single-let investments and multi-let estates in need of active management.
This strategy will continue through 2011, supported by a stronger geographical focus targeting specific markets in the South East.
We prefer locations close to motorway junctions or major arterial routes. We also like opportunities to add value through physical, legal or planning improvements.
We also invest opportunistically in other sectors either directly or in partnership with other property professionals.
