Making property work

Constantine Land is an established and successful property investment business, originally formed in 1929. We have operated in many of the principal market sectors and are currently focussed on the industrial and distribution sector.

We look for opportunities to redevelop, convert or refurbish under-valued accommodation. We are skilled at making space usage more efficient, re-structuring Leases and enhancing the operating environment for occupiers, with a view to maximising returns from property projects.


Portfolio Strategy

Our previously diversified portfolio has been re-aligned to focus on the industrial sector. Recent acquisitions have all been industrial or distribution properties, both modern single-let investments and multi-let estates in need of active management.

This strategy will continue through 2011, supported by a stronger geographical focus targeting specific markets in the South East.

We prefer locations close to motorway junctions or major arterial routes. We also like opportunities to add value through physical, legal or planning improvements.

We also invest opportunistically in other sectors either directly or in partnership with other property professionals.
