We look for opportunities to redevelop, convert or refurbish under-valued accommodation. We are skilled at making space usage more efficient, re-structuring Leases and enhancing the operating environment for occupiers, with a view to maximising returns from property projects.

In recent years, our strategy has moved away from a diversified portfolio to a sector-specific model which is currently focussed on the industrial sector, our speciality.
As a result, recent acquisitions have all been industrial properties in a combination of both single-let investments and multi-let estates. We seek locations close to motorway junctions or major arterial routes in conjunction with opportunities to add value through physical, legal or planning improvements.
We also invest opportunistically in other sectors either directly or in partnership with other property professionals.
