About Constantine Land
Constantine Land is the property arm of the Constantine Group plc, a private investment company. In addition to property, the Group also has interests in logistics and manufacturing. Formed in 1929, Constantine Land has been continuously investing in property for over 80 years.
Over recent years, we have conducted over £100m of investment and operational property transactions and have created significant value in the process. Having invested in the retail, retail warehouse and office sectors, recent acquisitions have been focussed on the industrial sector , which will continue.
Having previously operated across the Midlands and South, we will be narrowing our focus to concentrate on the South East for future investment activity., Typically, the properties we buy and sell are in the £2m to £5m price band. We are a long term property business. We aim to manage our exposure to property over the cycle, adjusting our risk profile to the economic environment.
We have a small and dedicated in-house team. We make extensive use of external partners and consultants for advice and support on a project-specific basis. We have also undertaken Joint Venture projects with a number of specialist partners and will continue to look for such opportunities.
