Andrew Higgitt
Managing Director
Andrew was appointed Property MD in 1996 and has steered the business to focus on commercial property investment. Andrew has also advised and represented other Group trading businesses on their operational properties.
Prior to joining the Group, Andrew was responsible for a leading London property company’s £150m investment portfolio and had previously undertaken national property roles with two major retailers.

Dominic Akers-Douglas
Commercial Director
Dominic joined the Group in 2008 after 10 years with a leading Investment Bank and sits on the Group’s Main Board and Property Board. Dominic heads up the Company’s search for Joint Venture opportunities, where we are able to act as lead or finance partner. He is also closely involved in securing Group and Property finance.
